1. 1. Key technologies and equipment for typical risk investigation and safety performance improvement of super high-rise buildings

Research typical risk assessment models and screening techniques for super high-rise buildings, and form theoretical achievements such as index systems and evaluation models; research related measures for super high-rise building safety and safe and efficient vertical evacuation technology, and form a super high-rise building safety management information platform and a new type of efficient vertical evacuation technology. Application promotion results such as evacuation technology, multi-type evacuation combination technology mode, super high-rise safety guarantee implementation guidelines and group standards; and carry out comprehensive demonstration applications through typical projects.

Educational Requirements

Recruitment requirements

Majors in architecture, engineering management, public safety, safety engineering, fire engineering, etc. related to the operation safety of super high-rise buildings, have research experience in national or local science and technology plans, and have experience in building safety inspection and evaluation, building disaster prevention, intelligent operation and maintenance, and data acquisition and analysis, simulation and other research background or project experience; need to have scientific research thinking, independently establish research technical routes, obtain information and data analysis, better written expression and organization and coordination skills, and be proficient in using commonly used software in this major.
