 Application Materials

Applicants should fill in the "Application Form for Postdoctoral Personnel of China Institute of Art Science and Technology" as required, and send it to the work mailbox before May 1, 2023, with the subject of the email indicating "Postdoctoral Application - Name - Name of Application Supervisor". At the same time, the following materials will be scanned and sent to the designated mailbox, or the paper version will be couriered to the designated mailing address:

1. 1 recommendation letter from each of the two doctoral supervisors in this field, (see the attachment for the recommendation letter template, including the recommendation letter of the doctoral dissertation supervisor, and a recommendation letter from a foreign supervisor for doctoral students), and the signature of the recommender is required;

2. 1 copy of "Doctoral Graduation Certificate" and "Doctoral Degree Certificate", if you have not yet received the doctoral degree certificate, you must provide the certificate of passing the dissertation defense or the resolution of the doctoral dissertation defense issued by the degree management department of the doctoral graduation school (with official seal);

3. 1 copy of ID card;

4. A comprehensive appraisal opinion presented by the applicant's doctoral training unit or the unit where the personnel file is located, and affixed with the official seal of the unit or the personnel department, including the applicant's political and ideological performance, academic level, scientific research ability and work performance;

5. 1 original physical examination report for entry into a tertiary general hospital;

6. Proof of achievements showing research ability and academic level (such as copies of awards, appraisals, patent certificates, doctoral dissertations, academic papers, works, etc.);

7. If the applicant is a re-entrant, he or she must submit the evaluation materials and postdoctoral certificate (copy) of previous experience at the station;

8. Applicants who have obtained a doctoral degree overseas should provide the following materials: a copy of passport (if the domestic household registration has been cancelled before going abroad, the household registration certificate issued by the household registration authority of the place of cancellation must be provided), the "Recommendation of the Education Department (Group) of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China Abroad", the "Certificate of Accreditation of Foreign Academic Degrees" issued by the Service Center for Study Abroad of the Ministry of Education, and the recommendation letter of the doctoral supervisor.

The above materials will not be returned by this site. The applicant shall be responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided, and if the materials are incomplete or the main information is false, which affects the examination results, the qualification for entry will be canceled.

Entry assessment

In accordance with the relevant regulations of the National Postdoctoral Management Committee on recruiting postdoctoral fellows, after the preliminary review of the applicant's materials, this station will notify those who pass the preliminary review to participate in the interview of the academic expert group. During the interview, the original doctoral degree certificate, academic certificate certification certificate, and original ID card should be verified.
